Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30. Orders under $30 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

- United States: 6–13 business days

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orlyxstore@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. JawMax is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
